As shown above, you can access the client portal by going to sinnaccounting.joinportal.com or navigating to the menu at the top of any page on our site and clicking on the button labeled:
Direct Messaging:
Upon signing in, the first page you’ll be greeted to is the instant messaging module.
From here our clients can speak with their dedicated Sinn accountant in real time and keep a log of the correspondence.
Both parties can opt-in to receive e-mail notifications every time a new message is received so communication response time is kept to a minimum.
Secure File Transfer & Storage:
At Sinn Accounting, security for our clients and our platform is one of our key priorities. Our login portal is built with Transport Layer Security (TLS) and all of your data is protected by AES-256 Bit encryption – the same level of protection banks use.
In this section our clients can send and receive files with their accountant, as well as store their financial records to compartmentalize their documents all in one place.
